About Us
The Bed & Breakfast offers comfortable rooms with satellite TV. Each room has a private bath with shower. In the rear, there is a large terrace where you can eat or sunbathe.
Directions
Our Bed & Breakfast is practical and conveniently located because it is on the main street and is constantly covered by bus every 15-20 minutes. Supermarkets, shopping malls, and pizzerias are nearby. It is also 100 meters from the motorway from Rome (exit Olmo) and if you are coming from the north (exit Ferro di Cavallo).
- We are located 10 minutes from the city centre and 1 minute from the motorway.
- 6 or 7 minutes from Corciano (one of the most beautiful villages of Italy).
- 5 minutes from Pian di Massiano from where the mini-metro will bring you to the city centre and therefore also near the Renato Curi Stadium. Very important is that it is close to the Enrico Fermi Institute, the Gherlinda shopping mall and the Warner Village multi-cinema complex.
- Near the convention centre Le Quattro Torri.
- Near Citta della Domenica (playground)
- About 4 km from the hospital Santa Maria Misericordia (ex Silvestrini)
- Lago Trasimeno (15 minutes)

Perugia, is a lovely city surrounded by mountains, hills and valleys In fact, Umbria is known as The Green Heart of Italy. It is rich with many treasures from the Etruscan and Roman period.
We as your Bed and Breakfast will do everything to make you feel at ease in a cozy environment.
TO REACH US:
FROM THE SOUTH
- Exit at OLMO from the motorway E45 PERUGIA-BETTOLLE
- Upon exiting the motorway stay always to the right lane.
- Continue straight for about 200 meters, until you see on your left a pink coloured building, that is our B&B.
FROM THE NORTH
- Exit at FERRO DI CAVALLO from the motorway E45 PERUGIA-BETTOLLE
- At the roundabout follow the directions for Olmo
- Proceed straight passing the traffic light.
- A few meters ahead, you will find (on your right) a large supermarket "PAM SUPERSTORE", another 500 meters keeping to the right lane, you will find a pink coloured building, that is our B&B.
